She's here and shes a beauty!

Here she is, my little embellisher, she's sleek and light and lovely. (just like me!?!) Scared the Parcelforce man with my jumping around and squealing. The timing was perfect with Will at nursery and Anna down for nap. So here's a request; leave a comment with a tip or challenge for using my embellisher and I will send you an embellished ATC using said comment. What do you think? What shall I get the little beauty

to do for me?

I have absolutely no idea what you would do with an embellisher... ok, apart from embellish.

Nonetheless - I challenge you to take a plain piece of white cotton and embellish a whole garden of flowers on it... possibly with a cat on the prowl within the flowers... and a bird or few pointedly ignoring said cat.

I'd throw down a gauntlet, but you might embellish it!

Hey there! Lovely to 'meet' you. You are damn right about the gauntlets but I will see what I can do on the flower garden front. How would you feel about me using your blog as a kick off for some tiny bits? I feel a fabric mosaic coming on.....

Gosh ... i have no idea what one of those does either ... but it looks very exciting! Happy embelleshing!

An embellisher has a group of barbed needles which can be worked through layers of soft fabric and/or fibres to mesh them together. They are also known as needle punchers or dry felters. I have no real idea what they do either....yet!

I'd make a suggestion - but I have no idea what they do either! Nice floorboards by the way!!

Oooh how exciting! I wouldn't have a clue what to embellish either! I found your blog through Daisie Days so I'm off to have a look round!

Jennyflower,

I would be honoured if my blog and the tales would inspire you. By all means mosaic a mosaic!

Congratulations on your new addition! I love my embellisher, wouldn't be without it now. Try embellishing wool tops on chiffon, that's fun.

Madame, I am honoured to have you visit. Were you thinking a stamp in size or in a rendering of our Royal Highness? (more revolutionary than royalist so woudn't promise anything very reverential!) Perhaps you are more Madame guilltine and fancy a headless monarch! I do very much hold with the whole 'let them eat cake' idea though!
